Important Notice regarding Order Processing: Due to unforeseen circumstances, our California facility relocation has been delayed. Our actual move date will take place July 25th _July 28th. There will be no orders shipping 07/24/08-07/28/08. You may still continue to place your orders and shipments will start shipping 07/29/08.
Special Hours 07/25/08: 7:00 am ¡V 3:00 pm PST.
We apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during our move.
Please be advised, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, will ASUS Computer International contact any customers to confirm credit card numbers.

Processing time: for all orders is up to 2 business days PRIOR to shipment. ASUS does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
International Shipments: Shipping and Handling charge does NOT include brokerage fee for Canadian Customs. You will be charged at time of delivery by courier.

Information is collected from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. How to create account with eStore?
Creating an eStore Account basic info:
1) Select an item(s) you wish to purchase
2) Select Buy Now
3) Determine the Quantity being purchased
4) Select Check Out
5) Create Login and Password |

Important Notice:
-Please be advised for all international orders; shipping and handling charges does not include brokerage fee for Canadian Customs.
You will be charged at time of delivery by carrier.
-ASUS does not send out international shipments besides Canada.
-ASUS will not ship to a P.O. box address.
Estore policy:
-The processing time for all orders is up to 2 business days PRIOR to shipment ASUS does not process orders during weekends or Holidays.
-ASUS does not guarantee same day shipments.
-ASUS Computer (USA) provides a 14-day limited warranty on all parts purchased from ASUS Estore online. Customers are required to provide a proof of purchase for all returns.
-For Notebook valule parts: LCD / ODD / MAIN BOARD, warranty 90 days from the purchase date, no DOA credit return allow.
-For Notebook non-valule parts such as cable, case..., no warranty cover, and no DOA return.
-There will NOT be any refunds provided for shipping and handling for ANY reason.
